The process would look something like this for us
After we have made initial phone calls (or written e-mails) and we know more about the project, you will receive a web design contract (tailored to your project). Once signed, we begin our work: we usually present you with 3 drafts, depending on the contract.
From these designs, you choose the one that best suits your taste (design approval).
We will then work with you to develop the "perfect" website for you from this design. Once you are satisfied with the website, it will be installed on your web space (which we will be happy to provide for you, including domain - see below).
In addition, statistics/analysis software is installed (you would certainly like to know where your visitors come from and how many there actually are).
With us, payment is a little different than is perhaps usual with a web designer - with us you automatically pay in installments, namely in 3 installments: The first installment is due in advance upon conclusion of the contract (this is how we avoid payment defaults). The second installment is due upon acceptance of the design that suits you. The third and final installment is due as soon as the project is completed.
This payment method has the advantage for us that we have now minimized our payment defaults to "almost zero" and that the customer can also afford larger (expensive) projects.
After completion of our work, we are still available to our customers for 24 months free of charge for any help / support. This means that we will be your contact partner for your Internet project for 2 years, at no extra cost to you.
