Very often we have the problem that we change something on the website for customers and then the customers tell us that they don't see the changes.
This is usually due to the browser settings, namely the cache.
The browser cache is a "cache" in which the browser stores data from websites.
If you now call up a website that you have recently visited again in the browser, the browser usually loads the data from the cache - and this can be outdated data.
You can deactivate the cache in the browser settings, but only very few people do this; and so "old" data then appears.
So if you always want to see the latest version of a website, you must first delete/empty the browser cache and then reload the page.
